      One of the worst customer service at this location their ATM machine is always out or order my money got stuck in ATM & nobody was ready to help me even bank of america customer representative was not ready to answer phone in business ours.

      Rude branch manager! Marlon Gittens. Snotty attitude. Very slow wait times because there is not enough staff. I also don’t like the fact that you have to give all of your business details while standing at the front of the plexiglass. Everyone can hear all of your business. Need to figure something else out. And he took a customer before me! When I came in before her! He even checked me in first.
