  So I decided to join this credit union because they are part of the same co op of credit unions that the credit union I use for my car loan that I had gotten while living in a different state. I want to give an honest review here so please read until the very end. I opened my account at the Edmond branch and it was a trainwreck, it took 2 hours to open 1 joint checking account. At one point the rep left to make my first deposit and was seriously gone for 30 minutes. After that I was still unable to get all the funds in my account that I had wanted, and had to return the next day for further assistance from a more experienced banker. 2nd issue I had was they failed to send me my wife's Debit card when they sent mine so we are still waiting on that. Even after all that I would say this is a pretty good place to Bank. Everyone I've talked to has been extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to help solve the bumps in the road as we've gone along. Everyone has been kind and courteous. The branch manager at the Edmond (quail lake) branch has been so amazing and very kind. She has been my problem solver and always willing to help. So yes we all make mistakes and stuff happens and this has shown me that if things happen in the future, I'm in good hands and won't have problems with finding someone that can help, everyone there I'm sure will take the time to help!
