      I have been a customer at OK FED CREDIT UNION for about 10 years and I have had no issues whatsoever with the credit union or staff. I initially met with the branch manager and he set down with me and explained everything.. All employees are very & Courteous

      I have been with OFCU since 2018. I had all of my children sign up with this credit union as well. They are so very helpful no matter how busy they are. I love how they make you feel like you're the only person who is important at that moment when they communicate with you. They are all very professional and they make you feel comfortable from day one. No matter what is happening in your life they have a solution to help you and bring your mind to ease. My most recent interaction is with Crystal and Libby. I have 2 separate things happening however, they both take the time to communicate and explain what's going on. I had a stroke back in 2019 and even if I repeat myself and ask the same question multiple times, they never make me feel like I'm a bother to them. Thank you Ladies and all the staff at OFCU. You all ROCK!
