      i love this bank but i wish it was closer. it’s a 20 - 25 min drive to get there from where i am. if you’re not in Kzoo or Elkhart i wouldn’t bother for convince. if you’re in Kzoo or elkhart where they are around you. yes i’d bank here

      Worst customer service I’ve delt with. Ive always had issues with old national and ive been told by many people to stop banking with them. Ive been a member for years. I called today about my account and I was hung up on after waiting 10 to 15 minutes after calling 3 other old national banks to be hung up on because I wanted to permanently close my account. Since it was 5 min after 5pm and we were still talking the lady I was talking to acted as if she couldn’t really do much and also aged to continue talking over me when I was trying to tell her I wanted to close my account out. When i kept trying to talk she would keep talking over me then telling me to stop talking to listen or she was going to hang up and she did. I waited all that time and I work specific hours I cannot just call at certain times of the day. Her name was tonya. If I am correct. I will be reporting her and I will be making a complaint in regards to her. That was horrible customer service and when a client exp that has been one for a long time is trying to tell you what they want to do with their bank account in order to get their tax refund, they should listen. I wanted to close my account all the way. I will be closing my account as well and banking somewhere else. If I were you I would not bank at old national. Ive always had some sort of issues with them. Please go to another bank.
