      I have been with ONB for so many years I can't remember and they are professional caring and oh so throughal The staff is down right amazing..i suppose just having been with them for so long explains everything.. They go beyond 5 stars.

      This bank is the worst with customer service. I had issues with my account and messaged them. It has been days and they still haven't responded. Other banks take only 24 hours. My check should have been available to me this morningbut no it still pending a deposit. Other banks release the funds the morning they are due, not the the next day. When I call they don't answer and keep me on the line for over an hour. When I go to the bank they have me wait 20 minutes before helping me even though I am the only person at the drive thru I will be leaving this bank.

      Thanks for starting construction on your parking lot and lawn care at 6 AM. My children and I thank you for the wake up call. A place that doesn’t care about its community doesn’t care about its customers.
