  I did my banking business with the Gull RD crew for some years prior to it closing down, and was always highly satisfied with the service. Now, and since the beginning of the pandemic I've been working with the Millwood branch. I must say; I am impressed with the lighting speed in which my calls are returned, emails replied to, and solutions are provided.

  Great people working at cork and Portage Rd. They try really hard to due everything. But service is much slower then in the past since they have not added more staff. Which can make a person who likes to bank I'm person very un happy

  I love banking with old national, but I seem to have the worst experiences at this bank. When my husbands account was hacked I came in to try and resolve it. I sat in the waiting area for 30 minuets and by the time they got to me the bank was closed she told me I needed a certain document I had in my car I asked if I could go get it and she said no we’re closed, remind the account had been oveedrafted by a fake check and we didn’t have access to our money. Then this Sunday October 14th I go in the bank and again I waited 20 minuets to be helped just to be told I still had to wait another 10 , that wasn’t the problem. I continued to wait to get my divorce papers notarized and she says to me he has to be there, I politely explained that he was there he just had to take our 2 year old to the bathroom and could walk in and show ID it was 11:59 and she says no we’re closed. I’m extremely disappointed with this branch because they’re so concerned about closing on time that customer service goes out the door. Hopefully they see this, and something changes.
