I’ve been frustrated with this bank ever since they changed from Anchor Bank. My auto bill payments failed since then, I was (and still am) being assessed late fees when auto payments don’t go through/expire without notice, it takes forever to make a simple deposit, I’ve been questioned twice now about making a cash deposit over $3000 (not sure it’s legal for them to even ASK but they do), and customer service is HORRIBLE! I’m going to move my mortgage so I don’t have to deal with such horrible service.
