      Had an appointment, they said they would watch...rang the buzzer, 7 times, not response, called got recording, but see they were in there doing nothing! Beat on door and 10 minutes later they came. Worst banking experience ever. Never going back...

      Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes. I absolutely don't recommend this bank! My father died last week. It's -20 ° outside. I came to the bank to take care of business for my 91 yr old widowed mother. They won't cash a $26 check from the nursing home. Even with her on the phone. Or give me a copy of her bank statement. Which she desperately wants. They would only mail it. Absolutely ridiculous service! They lost our business! Word to the wise, use another bank.
