  Long term customer of Anchor Bank, very unhappy with Old National. They could care less about their customers-. They eliminated Saturday drive thru, now limited hours M&F 9-5pm-not very accessible for those of us who work. And today,to top it off, I find you can no longer call the branch-they have replaced the local number with a number to their call center, which is horrendous. Left on hold with their various phone recordings for 20 minutes, then another 10 minutes while they collected more information and left me on hold to answer a question that tool less than 30 seconds. The people at the bank branch are great, but Old National wants to make sure you can't get to them. Shopping for a new bank.

  Tried to complete a construction loan/mortgage with this bank, while building our new house. We started construction of our new home, only to have a foundation poured and no loan, just BS. This had nothing to do with our side of the fence, perfect credit ratings and paperwork had been completed, I was even working with the bank's president. Seeing a previous reviewers experience only made me cringe when I read it, hence my review. P.S. also had a commercial account with them for my business, now I drive over an hour to get to my new bank, twice the convince, can be done online or just over the phone.
