  Yesterday (06.13.2022), by 9 30 am, i visited the Eagan BoA , central park commons location. I was so surprised to hear the front desk personnel mentioning that "Our teller had an appointment, so he is coming late and we cannot take your money, use ATM to deposit or come after 10 am" Since i didnot carry my Debit card, i was unable to use the ATM to deposit. The suggestion given by front desk personnel is to go to apple valley or Burnsville,. Qn: Why do you have a bank in Eagan?? Bank opens by 9 am and no one at the location has the responsibility to open the counter. Qn : what if the teller is absent that day? The response might be "Come Tomorrow because our teller is absent" I dont know about the culture of the bank, but this location needs improvement. I never had a good feeling of customer service with this location.

  I was talked into switching to this bank and what a horrible mistake I’ve made. I rushed out of work to get to this bank with absurd hours, and although it said the are open 9-4, the doors were locked at 3:59pm. I drove around to the one ATM trying to make an urgent cash deposit, and the machine said it’s not accepting deposits right now. SERIOUSLY!!? I drove around again thinking I would use the night deposit and LOCKED. This place makes it impossible to bank with them. I will have to switch back to my credit union with multiple drive ups, normal hours until 6pm, and never rejects deposits.
