      I love Old Point! I have never had better customer service and I’ve lived in 3 different states. Old Point calls you by name, they take as much time as needed to answer question and explain everything. Even offered to help set up on line banking. No other bank for me!

      They lock my account and will not unlock it. I am active military and they tell me I HAVE to come in. How am k support to come in when I don't live in the state anymore. I have no money because they cut my bank account off so I can't get anything that I need. Thank old point national bank you the worst bank for military soldiers and there family's. If I was anyone else if would stay away from old old point they take all your money and they don't care for you not even the people that put there life on the line everyday for them.
