  Started out this process as a first time home buyer, having no clue how the process worked. Got in touch with On Q Financial who took me in as a walk-in and immediately sat down with me to discuss our situation. I was paired with Mortgage Consultant Zach G., who went over the process, finances, and credit score I would need to purchase our place. As we were a young family still building credit, needed a little more finances than what we had available and also had a small amount of debt to work on, we left to do just that, work on it! I came back 12 months later, having corrected the issues and we got the process rolling again with On Q! I was again paired with MC Zach. Zach helped us step by step through the process and made all the complicated parts of home buying easy to understand and gave clear direction how to best accomplish each step! In the end we approved for our mortgage(with a low down payment and an excellent interest rate), and now live in our newly bought home! My own personal bank(a big name) took 2 weeks to even respond with someone who could talk to me about a mortgage. I had already begun the process with On Q and am I ever grateful I did! Thank you On Q Financial!
