  Went in multiple times dealing with trying to get an automatic payment set up through a financial institution. My personal account is with Spero. I wanted the other bank to draft out of my account once a month to pay a bill. After a lot of problems and back and forth with both banks Savannah Parker saw my frustration. She said take a deep breath we got this. She talked on the phone with the other bank for awhile. Finally she got frustrated with their foolishness. She was like ok what do you think about refinancing your payment. I was like this would actually be a huge blessing. I could deal with everything at one place. By the end of Friday she had both vehicles refinanced. I had much lower interest and payments on both. So what started out an insanely stressful and frustrating experience she turned into the biggest blessing ever! I can not begin to express how thankful I am for this experience. I have banked here since before it was even Spero. They have helped me through the transitions and made paying bills and keeping my finances in order so much easier. I am so thankful to be a member of this financial institution and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! If you need to get something financed go see Savannah at Easley! 💖
