  Becky's team has made my third home buying experience the best I could have ever imagined. I know much has changed over the years but the level of communication I received, the extra little things, too numerous to count, made this my go to for any future situations I may need.

  wife and I applied for a mortgage with On Q financial. Worked with the Greenville SC branch. We were pre approved after going through the process. We were excited. We found a new community and had a house built. As it got around a month or so before closing, we were informed that the underwriting dept "changed their minds after the new year began" and no longer accepted a payment arrangement my wife had to pay off previous state debt. With 3 week left to closing they told us we had to pay the full amount or the deal was off. We were upset that they "changed their minds" and refused to work with us. It MIGHT not be illegal but it surely is unethical. I don't recommend this company. A pre approval means nothing. They don't REALLY check your credit thoroughly till a month or 2 before closing. Don't get happy with a pre approval. They might decide to change their minds as your closing gets close

  Billy and his team were the most helpful and responsive people to work with. I feel like they are all my friends now, but super helpful friends that can make sure you get the mortgage that you need. A wonderful experience, you should definitely work with the On Q Financial team!
