      I went to the credit union office and was asked why did I come in (That they are virtual now). Very less than personal experience as a 25 year credit union member of On The Grid Financial. I spoke to a loan officer which advised that I had to leave and call on the phone so she could take my request. The loan officer advised that she would call or email me back in 2/3 hours but I had to call back the next afternoon to get an update. When a car dealer or bank treats you more like a member owner that is a problem. They are just no longer by members for members and have removed the people helping people Motto. Very sad, I hope this post gets you better personal service.

      Their hours of operation are seriously lacking even for a financial institution! There’s absolutely No customer service assistance after Automated Included “Not Even for Debit or Credit Card Activity”!!!!!!!!!!!!!
