I worked at a major bank and a credit union before, and this was one of the best banking experiences I've had. Ivann Acosta had been helping me with an auto loan since March and this week I finally got the vehicle I've always wanted thanks to her. She was always super quick to respond and super polite over the phone. She would follow up a couple times a month to see how my car search was going too, which was greatly appreciated. I'm actually bummed though that she won't get the credit for the sale since she has been helping me for almost 5 months, there was something about my dealership using a different system. In the future, I will absolutely refer her to anyone I know that is looking for a loan.
