      The loan officer I was deal with became very unprofessional.She told me that she would contact me by 5 that day when I took her my proof of income and ID,never received a call. The next morning I called her she answered the phone than transferred me to to her boss and he lied and told me she couldn't talk it was close out. CLOSE OUT END the 30th or 31st for their company I used to work for American General which One Main Finance bought them and my friend used to be the District Region Manager for One Main so her boss lied also about why she couldn't talk to me. I was told she would call me back never received a call. Went to Republic finance got my loan in an hour. After that I call OneMain back spoke to the representative she lied and told me they were unable to verify my income. They never call to verify. I checked before I contacted them back. I have already brought them 2 current copies of my income and my ID so obviously they don't do their job. I would suggest Republic finance to anybody they were very professional and courteous. And they even gave me more than I was requesting.
