If you need a title company for a closing these people are great! Terri Jurgs, our closer in the DTC office, and her support staff are awesome!

Management is great- the Escrow Processor that may handle your closing could be a nightmare. Doesn't respond to emails, wont receive closing docs for a week(s) after closing- then blames it on the 'postclosing team' like its not her job. We have had several incorrect settlement statements and have had to correct deposits and wires multiple times due to mistakes that could be avoided by double checking your numbers. Chose your closer wisely as they have incompetent people here.
