      Their staff has poor customer service skills. I literally almost died laughing because I was just shocked at the statements they say to you. Maybe work on professionalism before you call your clients.

      The staff is so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Sheila was on point and made my experience fast and easy. I felt like my loan was done before I even walked in the door. She even helped me save money by paying something off I didn’t look at. I would definitely recommend one main to anyone.
