      We were approved not pre approved for a loan in the amount of $4000 with a vehicle as collateral. They got all the documents they stated they needed and had us come in to finalize everything. Went through the documents, signed, even took my card to upload the funds and then came back after the pictures stating they the vehicle had to be approved due to a dent (the application process or approval process never once asked about damages, paint, stickers etc) they called me and said they can no longer proceed because of the dent. Be cautious if using a vehicle for collateral and make sure you ask the questions before making a wasted trip! The staff is very unprofessional and Aly lied to me from the get go so I brought it up once we were in the office and her manager stated she told her to tell us the truth but she lied to get us in the office. This corporation does not care for there customers
