      "The number dialed is not valid" What? I'm trying to speak with someone local about fraudulent activity that has occurred from my husband's card WHILE he's in the hospital unable to use his card. Non-american based representatives at the toll-free number. Refunded the amount then this morning it's gone again? I already had plenty of reasons to look for another bank.

      VERY slow personnel....it seems they don't really know what they're doing or maybe they don't care....I've been to this branch several times over the last few months, this is the slowest branch I've ever been too...this branch NEEDS HELP....worst experience at a bank EVER..
