      I filled out my application and it’s been 2 weeks. Someone named Jerry is supposed to be working my loan. Well needless to say that Jerry isn’t doing the job. I have talked to about 5 people. One gentleman in particular said he would be the one that will be handling my loan. He also said he would be the only contact person that I would be in contact with going forwards. Welp that was a lie. All I have been hearing are lie after lie, excuse after excuse And “ we are busy “ and ‘not enough people working to do the job”. And we are short and Jerry will call you back but never do. I guess they pick and choose who they help and who they lie to. Because I haven’t received any help and haven’t heard nothing but deceitful lies.

      Once my husband stated he didn't want to put our car up as collateral they have been avoiding our calls. Definitely seems sketchy from where we are sitting
