This is our second home purchase with John Shanahan and the folks at OnTo and I feel so happy to have partnered with such a competent and experienced team. We had a number of complicated requirements that came up in the process of getting our mortgage commitment with the lender. The team at OnTo was outstanding as they coached us through the process and anticipated hurdles. As my husband and I started to get really disheartened the team remained encouraging and capable and they pulled us through it! I can't see us working with anyone else for a home purchase. 10 out of 10 for this outstanding team. You won't regret using them!!
