  I have never had this kind of service before with a bank, their professionalism is top notch. They really care about their clients, and want to please you! They can answer any question you have, and won’t make you feel bad for asking questions. I will always recommend this bank to anyone switching banks!

  Honestly used to love this credit union until I moved to On Point. Once OSU CU hired a certain person, I closed my accounts. But trying to get ahold of them is impossible. I was really surprised at how much more other credit unions (like On Point) offer. Once I left this bank, I looked back and realized how much they didn't seem to care about their customers.

  New in the community and visited this branch to open an account. I entered branch masked up as required and waited for my turn. As I encountered the representative she asked me to remove mask and hat for a picture to be taken. I was a bit taken back but granted her wishes. As I put my mask back on and hat she again told me to remove my hat or either turn it around backwards. I called BS and turned around and departed. Customer service was not up to par. I understand we are in challenging times but this was deplorable to say the least. This person needs customer service adjustment. Not sure how they get 4.1 stars but good luck..I appreciate the manager reaching out but to be clear I did not or ever plan on opening an account there. Again Good Luck

For the safety and security of our members and employees, we do require that hats and masks to be removed for identification purposes.
