      We've been with this bank for over 20 years since it was West Coast bank. The excellent treatment and kind staff have earned our loyalty. I've had issues when I called Columbia corporate, but the local branch here in Dallas has always been kind and helpful even working to resolve the issues with corporate. We've had many opportunities to change banks and haven't done so because we are very happy with their service.

      Only to make an appointment to open an account, I had to face a significant challenge. As a new customer, I have to adjust my schedule with an employee’s schedule which only work couple days in a week. The flexibility and the customer service are below satisfaction. With the transformation of digital and physical as an option, this bank need, significantly, improve it’s marketing strategy component and their sales efforts. I will not recommend this bank, significantly for customers who wants their banking to be easy.

      They are an absolute joke. Pick this bank if you want the bankers to mess up every transaction you’ve ever make! I closed my account within a month of having them.
