      We turned in a written request for the PMI to be dropped. The loan department lost these papers three times so finally we talked to them again and they wanted us to fax the papers again ! We explained this was several months ago We were told the PMI would drop off. Now, today during a pandemic an adjuster is taking pictures inside our house. We have paid more than the amount needed to have the PMI drop off but because we are ahead of schedule (go figure) they are making us have our house appraised. Be sure to read closely.
