  My husband and I worked with Kyle Partin, Kristen and Christopher we never thought our dreams of homeownership whatever happened seems like something always happens to make it not happen. If you dream of owning a home I highly recommend working with Kyle he goes above and beyond and even after hours not the standard 9 to 5 like a bank would do. Thanks guys!!

  Do yourself a favor and use another loan company, my husband and I had an absolutely terrible experience with them. Unfortunately, we were kind of forced to use ovm due to the type of loan we had to get, and we were told by our realtor to work with Kent Blackburn.. Well that was the second biggest mistake we made. Like previous reviewers have said before me he is extremely unorganized, and kept "loosing" paperwork, it would also go weeks without us even hearing anything from him.. We literally had to be on him every single day just to make sure that he was doing what he was suppose to. Another fun fact, we kept telling Kent that he had our house in the wrong county on all the loan papers and we told him this multiple times, well his respond was that it does not matter... Well guess what, we received a phone call last week from our title/closing company saying that we had to come sign a document since the loan company had it in the wrong county; well isn't that something -.- He ended up costing us a lot of extra money due to his inability to simply do his job. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different company!
