Always a pleasure to do business with ozarcks never had any problems and they have great customer service. I have been doing business with them for almost 3 years never 1 problem.... I think a lot of you are a bunch of newborns and need to grow up! Always kind and respectful..... Especially the lady😉✌🏽

Very overpriced on a lot of items, not ALL, but a lot. 3 different times I compared the price of the USED items against the price to buy it new online and Ozark was charging a hundred dollars more than the new price for these obviously used items.

Thanks for your personal review. Ours like every single store in America will have items priced the same or higher or cheaper than other places. Small family run businesses can not compete with online pricing. The difference is get it now or later. And it’s a choice to buy it or not. We see it everywhere we go. But that does not deserve a 1 star review. We do a lot to help people on the daily. If We gave every store a review just based on how they price their products that would be a waste of time! But thanks anyhow;)

They love to low ball you I had a $800 ring they tryed to offer me only $120 so they can turn around and sell it for the full $800

Not sure your giving the right place such a poor review. We have not even had a ring presented to give an offer on. We are a pawn shop who’s sole purpose is to loan people an amount so that they can get their item back. We are not here to give you retail for what you paid for an item. Gold goes by weight. Not the 300% marked up price you paid for it. If you want 800$ for it then you go sell it to somebody who will pay that. Not sure why you don’t give the business who charged you that much for it in the first place. But no we’re the bad guys cuz we just plain won’t give you what you want for it. smdh ;(
