  As a recent "escapee" from N.Y. I was pleased to select Palmetto Citizens FCU as my banking institute upon settling down here in the midlands. I had the pleasure of establishing my initial accounts with Whitaker, who was a genuine pleasure to deal with. She fully explained all the options available, and when the time came a few months after moving down here & getting settled in, I was introduced to Ashby, whom I'm working with now to help set up some financial vehicles to put my money to work for me, so I can enjoy my retirement a little more comfortably knowing folks who truly care and look out for their clients best interest are overseeing my financial affairs, while I can enjoy devoting time to enjoying life. Kudos to the many fine folks I've encountered and interacted with at the Richland County, Clemson Rd. branch of PCFCU, Y'all have been most welcoming & helpful, and professionally proactive!

  This is the second time I am posting a negative comment regarding the same problems. You would think all the time they were down to redo their systems but calling on the phone and reaching a person is impossible and uncalled for. They must hand out those "so called" best of the best but what makes a financial institution great is CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD because other than that you use ATM machines, you deposit funds, you transfer funds. They should change their hours to Palmetto Citizens time instead of regular hours; reaching someone is a CRAPSHOOT. GOOD LUCK!!

  I don't go inside very often, but when I do I'm met with courtesy, professionalism and leave knowing what ever matter was taking care of had a favorable ending.
