I am sympathetic to Credit Unions. They have the best products. And so is this one. Whoever designed the account, c.c..., did amazing job, but what good is it for when potential customer bumps into the employee. My personal experience: walked to the bank, couldn't get in. Took few attempts till I was ringed in with lady rolling her eyes on the nuisance customer coming in, and continued to chit chat with ladies in office. I wanted open an account, and so I had to wait for her - the sales assistant branch manager Madonna. Once she was done chatting about some party, she just asked for my id to open checking and saving. (Not even asking me which one or about my needs or offering, she just assumed it will be the one she opens usually.) Do i asked what accounts do they offer. Oh she doesn't know. Had to look in pc. Couldn't figure out what banking products do they actually have... Offered brochure.. I read through and I picked the preferred checking account (I will be having about 10.000$ monthly coming in, and want free checks and other perks, so no thank you to the account Madonna just decided she feels like opening for me. Well, Madonna didn't end up opening account because I have new address and don't have a bill. (Lease rental contract is not enough, it must be actual bill received in mail). I told her I won't be bringing the bill to this bank. I will bring it to another one. Just opened checking and credit card at Atlantic Bank. I guess Atlantic is for any customers. Meanwhile for Partners first I am not good enough. But people what wants free lowest checking account are.
