      Switched over from a regular bank to a credit union and it’s been the best! I would 10/10 recommend Patelco! They really put the members first

      When I first signed up for a Patelco account they would reimburse ATM fees. Yesterday they charged me $3.50, on top of the $3.50 the atm charged. It cost me $7 just to take out $40.

      No accessible ATM at this location from the outside. Security won't let you in to the building to use the ATM right by the door and they won't get up to explain why. They just shake their heads. I've had too many terrible experiences with patelco now. I will be switching credit unions.
