      This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. The team had zero communication, both with me and each other. They never had any answers for me when I asked about progress updates on a mortgage that took 6 months to approve. As I had a more complicated application, I understand a certain delay, but this went beyond that. The level of unprofessionalism boggled my mind, the inconsideration, and the lack of regard from the entire team is ridiculous and should not be okay. I will never recommend Cross Country Mortgage to anyone. The only positive thing I can say about them is that I actually did get approved for the mortgage, for which I am grateful. And Frank's assistant, Bridgett was the only one who is exempt from this whole thing. She was kind and professional, and she answered any question she was capable of.
