      I had an opportunity to work with Clear2Close Brokers as a Realtor and a client. I can only say amazing things about Paul and Dani's team. I absolutely loved my experience with them and they helped to close my deal with such experience that made me trust them all the way through.       If needing to access a mortgage or to refinance your home, be sure to include Clear2Close in your search. I was needing to take a loan from my home equity and hadn't sought out a mortgage in 20+ yrs. It was daunting. What I discovered was that of all the lenders I worked w/ Paul, Danielle and team were the only lenders that were customer-focused. When asking for rates, what I got in return was a clear presentation of all costs, a video clip of Paul telling me what to look for, and behind the surface analysis. It was fantastic. No other lender that I worked with gave me close to the same information. With the other traditional lenders, I had to proactively seek-out and fully self-advocate to make anything happen and I had to do all the analysis myself. Do give Clear2Close a call if needing a mortgage; you will get a great experience.
