  To start, I can't really speak on the totality of this place and all its employees. I'm writing this due to one employee I had the pleasure of dealing with the other night. Her name is Brianna. I desperately needed to pay my phone bill an had never paid it this way through checks cashed. To make a long story short, the cell company processing was down so there was no way for me to pay it though checks cashed. I was on foot as I dont have and don't really need a car in Queens/City. I also had just a certain amount of cash on me, just enough to pay my bill. I didn't know there would be such fees beyond what checks cashed charges. Well, Brianna finally put an end to all the issues I was having. She took out her own credit card and PAID my cell with her card! I couldn't believe it an didn't want to accept it, but she insisted it was okay. It doesn't even end there. I went to go hand her the money of course for what my cell bill cost an she only took $20 an insisted once again that I. Keep the rest! There also was a guy in line waiting insisting I take the money and just pass the blessing on to someone else when i can. Even before all of this, i just want to say how kind of a human Brianna was, an how patient she was with me. She truly is a kind soul. Pay'O-Matic, you have an extremely kind, passionate person an someone you need to take care of. I'm sure any business would love Brianna working for them. And once again, I'm saying this way before all the ways she blessed. Me. That was all just a personal blessing for me. I saw the way she treated others that were on line before me. Do all you can to keep an take care of employees like her. Once again, thank you Brianna. Thanks for all you did for me. For being kind an patient an being a professional at what you do. Your blessings to me were just a huge bonus, one that I'll always remember. Your kindness will not soon be forgotten. Stay safe, and all the best to you.

  Like waiting on long lines? Like watching one person take care everyone for 10-30 minutes?? Say no more because this is place for you! A+ for service but this place gets too packed to quickly for only ONE PERSON to be helping 10+ people.

  EXTREMELY bad customer service, the agent name Lil was extremely rude, checking her phone, eating and not paying attention. The other agent Ramonia just seat there talking to Lil. Very long lines because they are working slow, talking and checking their phone and when you get to them, they are like you are a burden. The owner of this place is losing customers and money if he keeps those 2 agents in that place. As a new customer, they will not get my business, and as I can see from the other reviews, I am not the only unsatisfied customer. It’s a shame what’s going on over there.
