      FYI - $3 charge at ATM for non members, even for members of other co-op credit unions.

      Hello Azar, while our branches are part of the CO-OP Shared Branching network, we do not belong to the CO-OP ATM network. The CO-OP ATMs and Shared Branching are not related.

      I tried to call six times during an hour period after double checking the location’s hours, and not a single person picked up. Showed up a few minutes after call number 6 to find no signs of them being busy and the location was fully staffed. I rarely call because I rarely find myself in a situation that requires it, but way to completely waste my time. In previous experiences, when someone did pick up, it was basically a game of Russian Roulette whether the person on the phone was going to be rude or not.
