      Unbelievable. We were refused service without an appointment and referred to the 860 number. We called FROM IN FRONT of the desk WITH IDLE STAFF WATCHING and the associate (Gary?) Answered without making eye contact and made a written appointment for NOW. You're not funny. You're not helpful.
