Been with them for 8 years and it has been a nightmare to say the least. You go under by even a cent and you’re charged up to your neck in overdraft fees. Terrible security, have been charged twice over the last month by mysterious places and had to order 3 cards, the first one didn’t even come in the mail, ordered another, came in, and within 2 weeks got another random charge and am now currently waiting on another card, can’t even pay my bills now because of it. Horrible bank and just as bad customer service. Will be switching tomorrow after 8 years of frustration. Good riddance.
