      I came in for an issue with a debit card. I was told it was fixed only to be left in a grocery store check out line unable to pay 2 days before a holiday. I had to use a credit card designated for emergencies. I then went back to the bank to address the issue and was met with nothing but an attitude. This isn't the first issue I've had. They also shut down my card in another country when I had notified them in writing I would be on a business trip. Do not put your money in this bank. Ill be switching after the first of the year.

      Disregarded information that was being told to them,had another branch call to fix their mistake and doing so messed my account up and any negative problems were my responsibility. Last time I use any branch in Torrington and sad because I have been a long standing customer.
