I was a member of Banner Bank. And I enjoyed working with them a lot They were great! Then they were purchased by people's Intermountain. I'm now a member of the bank of America fork... It's been one rough go after another. I've never written about a bank before. But since I'm sitting here on a Friday night with a deactivated debit card.. (I was trying to use my PayPal by the way..) When my card was flagged for fraud. The fraud alert people cleared everything and was great. But it seems like I might have to wait until Monday (and I work during banking hours that day..) To resolve this issue and be able to get what belongs to me. I'm not mad that my card got flagged. I'm mad that I can't just call and fix it like other Banks And now I'm scraping pennies out from under the couch to buy gas for work for the next 3 days and possibly missing or at least being late for work if I can't resolve this over the phone. I hope I can find a branch that's open tomorrow.
