      It is difficult to reach someone at the 9th St. NW D.C. location. There is more stress to reach some at the #800 No. The recording states that it cannot reach my account. 😕😕

      Their website has been down now for a week! I can't log on to balance my checkbook so I can't pay bills. My husband tried making a deposit at the beginning of the week and since the computer system is down they couldn't accept a deposit. This is completely unacceptable! What a joke. I live in Pennsylvania so I guess I'm going to have to drive to DC next Monday to see if I can even withdraw our money and open an account with a more reputable company. Our bank card was declined tonight...payroll was supposed to be processed yesterday and we have been using cash all week so you tell me why it was declined. And of course it being a Friday night now I will have to wait until Monday to get any sort of answer. Completely ridiculous. Stay far away from this bank!
