Jevon Perra is one of the kindest, knowledgeable, and professional people I know. I reached out to him with a boatload of lending problems, which would make any lender run away from a case like my own. Instead, he advised me on all available financing, recommended options, tailor made to my individual situation, and offered advice on how to best attain the goals I had in mind. He is prompt to return phone calls, respond to text messages, and provide follow-up emails. He is committed to his profession, so much so that my first conversation was had on a Saturday afternoon. I don't know many professionals that pick up the phone on a Saturday, from an unknown caller! As soon as he picked up the phone, my state of panic turned into peace of mind, and his voice provided me reassurance and answers to an endless amount of questions. If you call when he's in a meeting, he texts you to let you know when he will get back to you and/or to call his business partner, Norma Mora, for immediate assistance. The amount of lending knowledge Jevon has is quite impressive, which after dealing with others in the same industry, I now know is hard to come by. He does not accept "no" for an answer and/or believe when one door closes, another one opens. Instead, he explores every possibility, avenue, and knocks on every door, no matter how impossible it may seem. Jevon is more than a lender, he is an extraordinary person, who has helped me navigate and attain what I thought was an impossible dream. I am eternally grateful for the services he has provided, and consider him a true friend.
