      Walked in at 9am, saw sign that said shared members must use drive thru window. Was already inside and no one was at the drive thru or inside with 3 tellers looking at me. Had to go back outside and go through the drive thru. You would think that they would treat shared members the same as maybe one day we would open accounts with them. Not the case. On the other hand the tellers always give great service. Whoever makes policy should rethink this one.

In an effort to limit the number of members in our branch during COVID-19, we have asked that our shared branch users be served through the drive thru and leave the lobby open for PACU members.
