      It was an absolute garbage service provided by Mackie Olmstead of Pinnacle. And a massive waste of my time. As my builder's preferred lender was the only reason, I kept up with her for the process and the incentives provided by the builder. She is the worst of the worst. When I compared the rates she provided with other lenders, they were far better for what she has provided with the god-awful service she provided. She once hung up on my face. So I had to call her back and leave a voice mail, and yet I got no response back from her. And It was not like I used to call her often. Over seven months (New Construction property), I may have called her less than ten times (out of which she responded half of the time) and always was my best when I spoke to her.
