      I was hired to assist a for sale by owner and opened the escrow with Pioneer Title in Maricopa. I submitted all the documents for the sale and contact information for the seller, buyer and lender. I asked to be notified when Pioneer Title received any document, form, deposit that i requested to be sent to them. When I asked for information I was told by Tina Stratton that because I was not the Realtor they would not send me any information. I advised her that it was a for sale by owner and an there is no Realtor involved with this transaction. I needed an extension of contract signed and she said she would take care of it and have it signed. She never did and no extension was signed. This sale was out of contract from October 5th until October 28th, 2021 because Tina failed to get it signed and would not allow me stay involved. I will not give Pioneer Title anymore of my business as long as Tina Stratton is working there.
