      I have bought several homes and have worked with several lenders and Mark was the easiest to work with by far. After working with lender for a couple weeks I was referred to Mark by my agent and not only did we close on time (starting late in the process) the entire process was smooth with zero hiccups

      Mark seems like a really nice guy, and we were off to a promising start. He told me there shouldn’t be any problem and answer some questions about the loan application process and then I spent a couple hours filling that out. Unfortunately for whatever reason Mark decided he didn’t want to work with me anymore and then completely ghosted me at that point. A week later and all my emails and voicemails that in the past were answered quickly are being completely ignored. It’s pretty unprofessional behavior so if you don’t want to waste your time you might consider applying somewhere else.
