  Shows on website that I would hear something back within 24hrs. Didn't hear anything. Emailed agent, a day goes by no response. Emailed agent the next day and got a response that he's been sick but should have everything submitted in afternoon. Didn't hear anything back. Trying to relocate my family to central Kansas on a gorgeous home we found and now I missed an opportunity on the house we wanted. Terrible process, terrible communication. Would not recommend.

  The whole process was a nightmare. I had to baby sit the loan officer (Brian Huxman, out of Wichita, Ks), I would have to call, email, and text numerous times, with no replies... I had to go over the officers head more times than not, to ever get answers... half the information he gave me was not even true. He still did not have everything he needed from me, even after numerous times of him telling me we were all set to go (then to find out about 4 different times that they needed even more stuff than the time before). If it were not for Jen and Erika at the Colorado office picking up this guys slack, I don't think it would have ever gotten done! I am very thankful for those two, because the office in Wichita, Ks is a JOKE! I made them all very well aware as to what was going on, and everyone that I spoke to was apologetic, and helped me through. It's sad when they tell you just to CC multiple others in the company to make sure that a customer gets taken care of... but hopefully doing so opened some eyes. For the fees they charge, I should have gotten A+ customer service from the start! **Once they finally got everything in order, and I made it to closing (11am), they didn't even have my closing papers sent over to the title/closing company! The seller and I sat there for an hour and half waiting on pivot lending to get the papers sent over. Finally at 1230, they sent the papers. But there were so many errors in the closing packet!! The closer was able to get them corrected and I left after I signed everything. But then, the poor seller had to set there until 4 pm for them to even wire the money!! All of these problems could have been avoided, and it seems like these people have no idea what they are doing, or they just flat out do not care and just want your money and don't care about how you're treated.
