We signed on with them through a referral. Great experience during the 'selling' stage then no one seems care about us anymore after. The manager assigned to us never responds to my emails in an efficient manner. Some of my questions related to the plans (e.g. terminated employee fund) remain unanswered after three years and I guess we will have the new TPA fix the issue. At least two big errors (omitting 3% safe harbor for EE in one year and filing the return on cash basis one year then accrual basis next year) made under their watch and charged us $$$$ to fix their own errors. BTW watch out for a 'de-conversion fee' while ending the relationship. It's on a supplementary schedule that is kept from you until at the end. Use another TPA if you can.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is awful if you can ever get someone to answer the phone or return a message. They gave incorrect information to Charles Schwab about my rollover and now my funds are stuck until Schwab can contact PDC, but they never answer the phone so Schwab cannot resolve the issue. I would stay clear of this company and go elsewhere.
