  I had a great experience visiting this Branch. Marissa Ratti is an exceptional Personal Banker and left no stone unturned in explaining the entire account opening process and walked me through the mobile App and ATM features.

  They don’t have any experience cashiers on the windows. Even their manager so rude. They don’t know what to do at the window. Just talk too much.

  This place is a joke. I came in to get help about what Wells Fargo was doing with my account. I had deposited a check through the mobile app and WF reversed the process, leaving my account in a negative balance. The manager on duty told me that I have to contact my employer's bank who wrote me the check. So I did. The employer's bank tells me that they had fully processed the check and it should be available to deposit the next day. The next day comes and my account was no longer in the negative BUT Wells Fargo did some sketchy thing where they ended up "returning" the check back to employer's bank (Or so it said on the app). SO I call the employer bank back and they tell me that the check has already been deposited on their end and that I need to go back to Wells Fargo. I end up going to Wells Fargo right after and the rude manager on duty tells me that they canceled the deposit check and the new check will be mailed to me. ??????? I'm sorry when was that information going to be relayed back to me??? I asked her how was I supposed to know that you did that. I never got an email, phone call, or app notification within these 3 days that Wells Fargo was going to switch it up on me.
