  Wouldn’t give the bank 5 stars, but their awful attitudes are 10/10. If you don’t like your job, quit. Zero reason to take it out on customers and make it known you don’t want to be at work. People are going to have questions and concerns, you don’t have to act like you have a bachelors degree for that job and be on your high horse. Especially when you tell them one thing, and it’s the wrong thing, and they come back with concerns when their account is messed up. Pretty bummed there is not a zero star rating because even giving you one star, is one too many. Do not go through this bank if you want your account screwed up on a daily basis. They do not care because it’s not their account/money their messing with. They will run you in circles, ignore what you’re saying, and repeat themselves to seem like they know what their talking about, and try to make you just think you’re st*pid. Never lost my cool with anyone, nor shot any snarky remarks but no one had an issue throwing attitude my way. Drove out of my way to drive to Heath, just to avoid Thornville employees, but I shouldn’t of had to do that. Closed my account, and got a new bank.
