I've been a PNC Bank customer for years, and I've had this problem twice this year You guys need to replace your outside ATM machines at your leonardtown location. This is the second time I have gone cash my check and the machine would not read the amount on my check correctly and when I ask the machine to return my check it shreds my check. This was an inconvenience however their staff is very friendly and helpful with all other things.

This is the only bank I have ever seen that doesn't want my money. The atm's outside rarely function properly. On the rare chance they aren't out of service and you need to make a deposit, they won't accept what you have. Need to deposit cash? Too bad, checks only, and vice versa. Need to deposit both? Oh well, not accepting either. Also charges you if the machine decides to shut down with your card in it and eats it.
